History

Passages, established in 1998 and incorporated in 2004, has been serving Cleveland's vulnerable families for nearly two decades. Our services empower families to improve their lives and successfully achieve family resiliency and financial independence – helping parents break cycles of generational poverty, early parenting and incarceration for themselves and their children.

Originally established as a program dedicated to the overlooked needs of low-income fathers, including non-custodial fathers and those incarcerated or in reentry, Passages has evolved to become the preeminent organization in Northeast Ohio serving ALL low-income parents addressing the socio-economic and family struggles they encounter.
